Affordable Quality - From homes beginning at $350K up to $850K and above in our subdivisions, and starting at $57 a square foot on your lot, we cater to any price range. We will allow you to do any sweat equity that you feel comfortable doing to help you get to the price that you need. This allows you to get the house that you want at a price that you can afford.

Real Materials - You may notice that our homes during construction look different than most being built. That is because we choose to use real plywood rather than OSB. Real plywood doesn’t swell and it’s more resistant to mold.

Trim Packages - Our trim is 3 1/4” with 5 1/4” base in our subdivision homes and 2 1/4” with 3” base in our standard on your lot package.

Plumbing - All sinks, faucets, and toilets are of great quality. We use Delta brand faucets.

Hard Surfaces - Standard in our Heron Ridge subdivision, is granite tile counters with tile backsplash. Sand in place hardwood floors in entry, kitchen and nook, balance of house is carpet. You will get a flooring budget with your contract price so you have the options to change any finish that you would like. You get a flooring budget with any home that we build, whether we are building for you on your lot or in our subdivision, we will cater your budget to what you can afford.

Cabinetry - All homes feature custom-made cabinets.

Name Brands - We use Parr Lumber and other quality manufacturers. Our Partners include: Milgard windows, Sherwin Williams paint, Delta faucets, and DeWil’s appliances.
