Our home is a refuge for our retired clients where a fulfilling life can continue uninterrupted no matter what’s on the horizon. Welcome to The Solace!
We learned a lot of things from the pandemic that we’ve incorporated into this home. This future forward design combines principles of flexibility, preparation and comfort - all adapted for modern times.
Our homeowners, a retired couple, approached us near the beginning of 2020 without knowing what the effects of the pandemic would be or how long it could last. They wanted to be considerate of how it might potentially affect them. Based on the situation at that moment we got to work designing a home that would meet their needs then, now and in the future.
This home features a convertible suite & additional gathering spaces, plus more storage areas and various amenities that bring experiences usually found throughout a community right inside their own home.
