We customize each plan according to our customer’s needs and desires, open-concept customization is who we are. Having well designed Alan Mascord plans to start with means our homeowners have a solid foundation for us to build on right out of the gate. Building new homes with the options to customize just about anything has allowed us to serve a very diverse base of customers throughout SW Washington and NW Oregon. From selecting the land (or lot), to feasibility studies, permitting, and customizing plans to the final build, we’re focused entirely on our homeowners and their needs.
We welcome design principles like feng shui, vastu shastra and more modern schools of thought all in an effort to build a house our customers will love for years to come and one that they can truly call ‘Home’.
